This month we have 3 “Latest News” Items:

1. Dr Rand Spongberg BSc BVMS has recently joined our veterinary team!  He is interested in small animal surgery and imaging, and outside of work enjoys surfing, golf and tennis.  He consults on Thursday and Fridays and looks forward to meeting you and your pet soon.

2. The next Ferret Vaccination Day is Sunday 6^th February 2010.  For more information please contact the WA Ferrets & Ferreting Society. (http://www.waffs.org.au/)

3. Did you know that in WA we are fortunate to have many specialists in varied fields of veterinary medicine from surgery, medicine, dermatology, oncology and ophthalmology to diagnostic imaging?

At Cottesloe Animal Hospital, we regularly refer our clients for specialist consultations.  We can even arrange to have specialists visit the clinic to assess and treat your pet in a familiar environment.  The newest mobile specialist service available in WA is Perth Vet Dermatology.  Dr Sharon Bryden BSc BVMS (Hons) MACVSc (Small Animal Medicine) FACVSc (Veterinary Dermatology) will be visiting our clinic in February if you would like a second opinion on your pet’s skin or ear condition.  Please contact us on: 08 9384 1877 to arrange a referral appointment.
